Our promise

Earth's Core stands behind everything we sell. Each piece is natural and one of a kind, so slight differences in color, shape, size and inclusions are part of the stone and are not considered defects. If you are not delighted with your order, reach out to us at darlene@earths-core.com and we will make it right.

Returns

No Refunds — Exchange Only.

You may return most items within 10 days of delivery for an exchange of equal value. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, sign in to your account and open the order, or email darlene@earths-core.com with your order number. Please do not send an item back before we have confirmed your return — unannounced returns cannot be accepted.

Items we cannot accept back

• Custom, cut-to-order or special-order pieces
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items marked final sale
• Items damaged after delivery through misuse, dropping or improper cleaning
• Exchanges requested more than 10 days after delivery

Damaged or wrong items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If a piece arrives broken, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days at darlene@earths-core.com with photos of the item and the packaging.

How to exchange

The fastest way to exchange an item is to email us first for approval, then return the original piece. Once your return is confirmed, we will begin a conversation for a satisfactory replacement.

Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and Tennessee sales tax is applied at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; Earth's Core never stores your full card number. We may cancel or limit an order if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Shipping

In-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days. Because minerals are heavy and fragile, larger pieces are packed by hand and may take slightly longer. Shipping cost will vary by weight and the recipient's location. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.

Use of this website

By using this site you agree to provide accurate information, to use the site only for lawful purposes, and not to copy our photographs, product descriptions or logo without written permission. Product photos are of the actual or a representative specimen.

Crystals and minerals are sold as decorative and collectible items. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
