When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and order history. When you contact us or request a return, we keep the message you send so we can help you.
Payment card details are entered on our checkout and sent directly to our payment processor. Earth's Core does not see or store your full card number, expiration date or security code.
Like most websites, we also receive basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device and pages viewed, which helps us keep the site working.
How we use it

- To let you sign in and view your past and current orders
- To handle returns, refunds and customer questions
- To prevent fraud and protect the shop and our customers

Who we share it with

Children
This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes we will post the updated version here with a new date. Using the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
